Poori with Chana Masala

Ingredients:
For Poori :
- Nellara Ready-to-Cook Poori
- Oil for deep frying

For Chana Masala:
- 2 cups chickpeas (soaked overnight & cooked)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Nellara Chana Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt as required
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Method
For Poori :
- Heat a kadai with oil
- Cut the Nellara Ready-to-Cook Poori packet and take out the pooris. Deep fry them until puffed and golden.
- Drain excess oil and keep aside.
Chana Masala Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Add Nellara Chana Masala Powder and mix well.
- Add boiled chickpeas with enough water and salt. Keep it simmering until the gravy gets as thick as you prefer.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
