I am honoured to be part of RF Combine’s continued journey of growth and success. As the Managing Director and one of the owners of RF Combine and the Nellara Food products, I am proud to lead a business that has grown from humble beginnings into a strong and diversified group operating in production, distribution, retail, and hospitality.
My journey started in 1992, when my brother-in-law (sister’s husband), M.K Moidunni Bava, introduced me to Dubai. Under his guidance, I gained valuable knowledge and experience. Since then, I have made strategic business decisions that have played a key role in the company’s continuous growth. One of the proudest moments was launching Rose Flower, our first fully developed brand, which became well known for its quality. Later in 2004, we launched Nellara Food products, followed by our first retail restaurant division in 2010. Each of these milestones opened new opportunities and helped us reach new customers while strengthening our position in the market.
For me, loyalty and trust are the most important values a company can have. These are the foundation of every business we do. I am committed to continuing our focus on delivering high-quality products and services that provide real value to our customers, employees.
As we move forward, we aim to expand our presence globally while keeping our strong values at heart. I thank everyone who has been part of this journey, and together, we will continue building a successful future for RF Combine.

When I first joined my father’s company in 2005, I started as a regular employee. I believe that early experience was important for me because it gave me the chance to learn the business from the ground up. I learned by working closely with people around me, observing, listening, and slowly understanding how much effort goes into building something meaningful. Over time, that learning helped me take on the role of Director of Finance and Operations.
In 2018, I stepped into the role of CEO. It was a big responsibility, but also a meaningful one. It gave me the opportunity to look at the company more closely, understand how every part works together, and work with the teams that keep everything moving forward. As one of the owners of RF Combine and Nellara, I have always seen this role as both a duty and a privilege, and a chance to continue building on the foundation that was created long before me.
After I became CEO, the company also moved into new directions, including the launch of Nells and the growth of Nellara’s fresh food products division. Malhar, our North Indian cuisine brand, also became
part of the RF Combine journey and added another strong dimension to what we do. Today, my focus remains on guiding the company forward, especially the fresh products division, while keeping us responsive to changing lifestyles and customer needs.
Throughout this journey, I have always believed in balance. I value discipline and stability, but I also believe in giving space for new ideas and creativity. That balance has helped us grow, kept our teams motivated, and strengthened the trust our customers place in us.
Leading RF Combine has been a journey of learning, growth, and gratitude. I carry this responsibility with the same commitment as always, to move the company forward while staying true to the values that shaped it from the beginning.

I joined the company in 1986, at a time when everything was still taking shape. I came into the company through the support and trust of our chairman, who is also my cousin. More than bringing me into the business, he played an important role in shaping my journey and teaching me the value of hard work, discipline, and responsibility. Even in personal milestones, like helping me get my driver’s licence, his support and guidance were always there.
In the early years, I learned by observing him closely and understanding how he approached people, work, and decisions. Those experiences helped me grow steadily within the company and gave me the confidence to take on greater responsibilities over time.
As one of the owners of RF Combine and Nellara, I feel proud to have been part of a journey that has grown across production, distribution, retail, and hospitality. Over the years, we introduced brands such as Rose Flower, Nellara, Nells Restaurant, Malhar, and Nells Café, each built with the same focus on quality, care, and trust.
My role has always been about keeping the company strong and steady while supporting its growth. From business decisions and operations to ensuring
consistency in the way we work, my focus has been on building something dependable for both our customers and our employees.
As we move ahead, my commitment remains the same, to continue growing with honesty, stay true to the values that built this company, and carry the journey forward with the same care and responsibility that shaped it from the beginning.
