HOW TO USE
When you crave the soft, fluffy idlis or the crispy golden dosas, Nellara Idli/Dosa Batter is here to satisfy your cravings. Just open a pack and make the magic of South Indian breakfast on your plate in just minutes.

Wash the pack before use.

Take the parota out of the pack.

Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium flame. Place the parota directly on it.

Keep the cooked parota on a flat surface and compress using both hands to separate the layers.

Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side, gently pressing with a spatula until golden brown layers appear.

Serve hot with your favourite curry or even just plain yoghurt.
