HOW TO USE

Wash the pack before use.

Cut open the pack and stir the batter well. Add water if needed for dosa consistency or keep it thick for idlis.

For idlis – Pour the batter into the idli steamer and cook till soft and fluffy idlis are done.

For dosas – Heat a tawa, pour and spread the batter thin or thick of your choice. Drizzle oil or ghee, and cook till crisp.
