Storage
Refrigerate at 0–5°C. Bring the batter to room temperature and stir well before cooking.
HOW TO USE

Wash the pack before use.

Cut open the pack and stir the batter
well before use.

Heat an appam pan and pour enough batter in the centre. Swirl the pan until the batter spreads thin around the edges.

Cover and cook on a low flame until the centre is soft and the edges are golden.

Serve hot with stew, curry, or any accompaniment of your choice.
