RF Combine is strengthening its global profile actively with its production unit helmed by UAE based - Atiq Abdulla Flour mill LLC., its distribution unit operated by Rose Flower General Trading LLC. and flagship consumer retail and dining business units namely Filfil Spices and Nellara Restaurants respectively.

From the Group comes some well-known brand leaders and successful brand concepts including: Nellara Food Products, Rose Flower Spices, Nellara Restaurant, Malhar Food Products, Neltea, Nelco Juice, Nelvayal Rice, Sana Food Products, Chai Kada These brands benefit consumers and stakeholders in more than 20 countries comprising India, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Yemen in the Middle East, UK, USA, Congo, Australia and Angola.

Looking back 35 years, the Group ventured into its first business enterprise in UAE at a period when the young country was emerging as an attractive business destination and welcoming an influx of expatriates. Atiq Abdulla flour mill LLC. - a dry milling store was set up in 1984, followed by the establishment of the Rose Flower brand selling packaged flour and spices, and their own manufacturing unit fitted with modern amenities for hygienic and high standards of production. The focus on the authentic quality of flour and food products was appreciated by the homely-taste desiring and growing base of Indian customers as the business propelled and found new doors opening to expand into wholesale and distribution.

The latter part of the 1990s continued with a renewed emphasis on R&D and product development, which paved the way for the entry of the Nellara brand and its innovative line-up of products. The authentic recipe-based mixed masala and curry powders targeting the South Indian crowd was the first of its kind introduced in the market, consequently launching a defining point in the group’s business graph.

This primed the way for the firm to enter the next wave of expansion and widen its range of retail and business concepts. The advantage of being in the GCC market meant access to a cosmopolitan wealth of consumers which the company leveraged by targeting an unexplored consumer network with the Malhar brand introducing a fresh new range of multi-cuisine food products and spices.

Delving into other niches brought in several new and innovative brands including Neltea premium tea powder, Nelco coconut beverage, Nellara restaurant division, Nelvayal packaged rice products, and ready-to-cook packaged food items- the most recent offering by Nellara. Another significant milestone is the launch of Rice and Flavours LLP., the independent food production facility established in Kerala, India in the year 2008.

Over the years, the company has charted notable success in tandem with the remarkable progress of the UAE. From a humble flour mill business concept to market leader and multi-level corporate with an international presence in more than 20 countries, RF Combine is ready for the next chapter of global expansion and brand new verticals.
